While there are many different methods for caring for your stainless steel cookware, the proper technique for each circumstance depends on the specific mess.
1. Everyday Cleaning
After preparing a dish, stainless steel pans care is a simple process. Simple soap and water will remove the residue, if any, that has adhered to the surface of the pan. A non-abrasive scrubber or rubber spatula can loosen any food bits, and truly, it’s so simple to rinse and hand wash this cookware, that in just a few minutes the pots are clean.
The superior surface on the 360 stainless steel cookware retains its finish so beautifully, that often, just a rinse of hot water is sufficient to clean the surface. However, the important thing to remember is to keep the temperature at medium or lower, because of the innovative shape and construction, heat is conducted evenly and quickly, and retained for lengthy periods throughout the stainless steel cookware. High settings and overheating can discolor the finish.
2. Heavy Cleaning

Removing dried or burned on food is as easy as deglazing the pan, just add water, heat it over medium and let the pan sit for about 5 minutes, then rinse and wash it as you normally would. Your stainless steel cookware can be polished or cleaned using a cleaner designed specifically for that purpose. Products such as our own stainless steel cleaner, make a paste when added to water, and can be applied while the cookware is still warm, by lightly rubbing the paste on the surface with a soft cloth, in one direction. Just wash and dry the cookware after polishing.
Any non-abrasive cleaner made for stainless steel will work, or you may use the eco-friendly version of a baking soda paste. Simply mix a few tablespoons of baking soda with about a half teaspoon of water to form a thick paste, and follow the directions listed above. Incidentally, this paste works wonders for removing mineral residue or discoloration caused by overheating.
